i4444 Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction

Welcome to i4444. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and i4444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the i4444 platform — including the website at i4444.org, the i4444 mobile app, and all games available through i4444 — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use i4444. These Terms apply to all players in Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where i4444 is accessible. i4444 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of i4444 after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on i4444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players on i4444.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

i4444 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any bonuses received.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on i4444. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using another person's identity — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

4 Deposits

i4444 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three mobile banking services most widely used by players in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit on i4444 is ৳100.
• Deposits are credited to your i4444 account instantly in most cases.
• i4444 does not charge any fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• i4444 reserves the right to request verification of your payment method before processing any deposit.

If a deposit does not appear in your i4444 account within 15 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to make a second deposit before the first has been resolved.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on i4444 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all players on i4444.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on i4444 is ৳200.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes during normal operating hours.
• i4444 may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.
• i4444 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Players may not withdraw funds that were deposited but never used for gameplay.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

i4444 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your i4444 account. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses on i4444 carry a wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the bonus offer. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on i4444 — including fishing games, slot games, card games, and instant games — are governed by individual game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

• All game outcomes on i4444 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are not influenced by i4444 or any third party.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned to your account balance.
• i4444 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before playing.
• Bets placed after a game round has concluded will be voided.
• i4444 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical malfunction.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game on i4444 is available within the game's information panel. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on i4444 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in i4444 software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on i4444.

• Attempting to access another player's i4444 account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any behaviour that disrupts the normal operation of i4444 or negatively affects other players' experience.
• Registering on i4444 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i4444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the i4444 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond i4444's reasonable control.
• Loss of data or account access resulting from a player's failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Any losses resulting from a player's reliance on game outcome predictions, strategies, or third-party advice.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

i4444's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Termination

Either you or i4444 may close your account at any time. If you wish to close your i4444 account, please contact our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met.

i4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You are found to have violated any part of these Terms.

• You have provided false information during registration or verification.
